• Youth player sports, positions, and profile details;

Youth accounts are intended to be managed by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

After that period, BattersBox108 purges or anonymizes eligible live application data unless an administrative, safety, fraud, ownership-dispute, or legal preservation hold applies.

Protected audit, security, moderation, safety, structural ownership, and legal evidence may remain longer where reasonably necessary. Data removed from the live application may also remain temporarily in provider backups and operational logs until those provider retention periods expire.

13. Account Deletion

Users may request or initiate account deletion where supported.

Account deletion may remove:

• Account profile records;
• Role-specific profile data;
• Uploaded photos or logos;

Account deletion may not immediately remove:

• Backup copies;

Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
